store very clean and orderly,associates very helpful. received a 30% off coupon in the mail and went to use it. we were looking for bombas socks and did not find them store did not carry them at this time, we picked up other items we liked and looked around, we will be back. pleasant to see a store to look like it should, thank you.

The amazom teturn desk is way back in the store to try and get you to shop around around after drop off. The amazon return worker worker with the face tattoo was not in the mood for anything, didn't even say a word during the return. Nothing against face tattoos, but don't be like that and be making yourself easy to identify....

I had an awful experience here today. I received an email stating that all Clarence was 50% off so figured why not take a look. I head to the men's department section and I kept getting harassed to open a store credit card. I tell the associate Im not interested in opening a credit card but she insists in her pitch. Then I proceed to just ignore her and she follows me around asking if I need help. This was genuinely disgusting behavior, I don't know if the store is putting pressure on there associates to make them feel like opening credit is a life or death situation but I'm returning what I purchased today. I won't be shopping here again.
